Classification: Red Umbria I.G.T. Grape variety: 100% Sagrantino. Ruby red color, on the nose hints of vanilla, blood orange, sour cherry in alcohol, cloves, leather, blackberry, ripe strawberry, black pepper, and tobacco. Soft, clean, fresh taste.
Ageing: 6 months in large barrels followed by ageing in steel and bottle.
14.5% vol. 75 cl. Vintage 2021.
