Ruby red color, notes of dark blackberry, black pepper and licorice that fade into nuances of cloves, coffee, vanilla and a mentholated hint. Soft and clean impact. Good acidity and persistence support excellent savoriness. Aging: 6 months in large barrels, then in bottle. 13.5% vol. 75 cl. Vintage 2021.
