Organic Wine. Classification: Umbria Rosso I.G.T. Grape variety: 100% Sagrantino. Intense and brilliant red color. Aroma: Wide olfactory range: licorice, cinnamon, pine resin, and sweet tobacco, with a decisive finish of sweet spices and jam. Taste: elegant and very enveloping on the palate, with good alcohol content and soft tannins. Aging: 10 months in barrique, 6 months in bottle.
