Taste: Beautiful structure, supported by fresh acidity and harmonious tannins. Aging: 8-10 months in barrique, then in bottle. Pairings: Dishes from various gastronomic cultures from goulash to cacciucco, from barbecue with pork and lamb to pastrami, pizza, savory pies, boiled meats, lasagna with ragù, medium-aged cheeses.
